Product Review: Hiruscar Post Acne
6/04/2015
I believe that every teenager or adult at some point of their life will experience pimples forming on their face. When this happens, the itchy fingers will somehow go "pop" them out. Do you know that our fingers contain bacteria and this can cause infection if not done correctly?
The right way should be to visit your beautician and get the professionals to do it for you. Or, you can simply apply some pimple healing creams.
Back to the topic, so what if you have popped them and now you have an ugly dark scar on your face? If you are looking for a solution, read on to find out.
Here's how the following product is going to help you:
Hiruscar® Post Acne, is a fast absorption gel base will help to treat your post acne scars and dark marks. With its unique formulation, Hiruscar Post Acne is clinically proven to treat sunken scars. The product is suitable for man and ladies aged 15-24, with oily and acne prone skin, but will work on you even if you are above the age range.
You just have to be prepared that your acne scars will need a longer time to heal.
Benefits:
- Improves appearance of sunken scars
- Lighten dark marks
- Prevents acne recurrence (due to its anti-bacterial formulation)
- Improves/smooth depressed pimple scars
Features:
- Clinically proven 3-in-1 formulation
- Non-Comedogenic (it does not clog your pores)
- Hypoallergenic ( it does not irritate your skin)
- Fast absorbing clear scar gel (it can be used even under your make-up)
- Contains anti-bacterial agent (Pionin) to help prevent acne recurrence
- It is suitable for use on Oily and Acne Prone Skin
- It is Alcohol free
How to use:
- Do wash hands before and after use.
- Use after your regular toner/softener and before applying your moisturiser.
- Apply 2-3 times a day, in the morning and before bedtime.
Ingredients:
Aqua, Allium Cepa Bulb Extract, Niacinamide, Sorbeth-30, PPG-26-Buteth-26 and PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, Quaterium-73, Carbomer, Fragrance, Iodopropynyl butylcarbamate and DMDM hydantoin, Sodium Hydroxide, Allantoin and Mucopolysaccharide (MPS)
**
Hiruscar comes in the form of a clear gel, so you need not worry about having stains on your face when you wear your make-up or if you have to apply it and head out.
Both photograph are taken in different lighting, hence the yellow hues. I feel that I need to use it for a longer period of time to truely witness its effectiveness.
Pimple scar on forehead. Pigment seems to have spread out over the 3 days after applying Hiruscar.
Pimple scar on the right side of my face seems to have become smaller after 3 days of usage. Right now it is working for me but i am not too sure yet. I may need more time to prove its effectiveness. I like that it is gel based as it gets absorbed fairly quick and has a pleasant smell to it.
It is available at Watsons, Guardian, Unity, Independent Pharmacies and Polyclinics at the price of $22.90/10ml.
Its quite costly for a tube of 10ml cream but if it works for you, why not?
