Cordyceps 8/28/2013
Dear readers, if you have been following closely to my Facebook Page you would have noticed that I have been sharing tips on how to be happier. One of the many ways to be happier is to keep yourself healthy. Other than general exercise, we can take supplements to keep our immune system strong and prevent ourselves from falling ill. When we are healthy, we will generally feel happier and ready to face the day's challenges.
With the recent case of haze reaching an unhealthy PSI. We should learn to take care of ourself by taking health supplements to strengthen our lungs and kidney.
If you have been experiencing prolong cough and respiratory discomfort or general malaise (feeling out of sorts, discomfort or uneasy) then this supplement is definitely something you should try. Vita Ying Yang is also good for nose allergy. Compared to western medication, Chinese supplements have lesser side effects.
I have been taking such health supplements regularly even before i was sponsored this product. I've always believed in the TCM way compared to taking western medication.

My suggested tips:
- Take this supplement first thing in the morning before you take your food with a big glass of water. As this is a supplement, you need not worry about going empty stomach. In case you are eating other western supplements, i would recommend you to give them 1-2 hours gap before you take them.
- Leave a tab of supplements beside your bed if you are a forgetful person, so you will remember to take them.
- You can also take it without the capsule if you want it to be more effective, but expect a slight bitter taste
- I would also recommend you to eat this with lukewarm water and not hot water, as the capsule may melt in your mouth and you may not like the after taste of it.
