External environmental factors and your everyday habits can also put stress on your hair and impact your hair health and appearance. How many of us are aware of these hair stresses and the damage which they have been causing on our hair?

What about at night when we sleep? Are we safe from all the hair stresses?

Do you know that the simple act of blow drying and combing your hair can add to hair stresses too?
What are the 5 Hair Stresses?
1. Blow Drying
2. Combing
3. Split Ends
4. Hair Breakage
5. Dryness

Let the Evil Hair Stress Brothers tell you through these 5 hair stresses, how they plan to torture your hair.

Use Essential CC Oil to protect your hair.

It act as a product with multiple effects to protect our hair from the 5 hair stresses, leaving us with a beautiful, less tangled and manageable hair. The Essential CC Oil coats each strand of your hair with cuticle coat protection to fight the 5 common forms of hair stresses. That leaves your hair smooth & tangle free all day. It contains hair supplement oil, which is similar to your hair’s natural oil.

Non Greasy & Invisibly light

It can be used on towel-dried or damp hair.
Pump an appropriate amount onto you palm.
Spread it and apply evenly onto your hair, concentrating on mid-length to the tip of your hair.
Do not rinse off.
For optimum results, use after Essential Shampoo and Conditioner.

*It can be applied in the morning and reapplied any time of the day.

The Essential CC oil is oil based but it is not greasy at all. It absorbs into my hair fairly quickly upon application and I love the gentle scent that lingers on my hair after. Not only does it makes my ends feel moisturized, it makes styling so easy and reduces the hair statics which can be quite annoying. The effects are very lasting too! I love hair oils especially those with great scents.

You don't have to worry about using this on permed hair. My hair was permed back in April but it works for me nevertheless. I would usually apply the serum before I use my hair styling product. On lazy days, I would totally skip the styling product. The Essential CC Oil keeps my curls in place even without my styling hair cream.

But wait, have you ever wonder what happens to our hair when we sleep? Are our hair free from all the stress and troubles that the day brings us?

Pillow friction occurs when we sleep.

What is Pillow Friction?

When you toss and turn at night, there is friction between your hair and the pillow, causing the cuticles to be misaligned. Misaligned cuticles creates frizz, resulting in the fabulous lion’s mane the next morning.

What can we do?

Washing your hair will ‘reset’ the mane, which is why many women have no choice but to wash and blow dry their hair in the morning before going to work. So much trouble right? Who has the time to do all that when we are rushing for time?

These women may not have the habit of bathing in the morning and is only doing so just so to fix their hair. They would rather have more time for their beauty sleep than go through this hassle and routine of washing and blow-drying in the morning.

Use Essential Night Care Milk to protect your hair from pillow friction.

Essential Night  Care Milk (Essential CC Oil) 100ml
Essential Night Care Milk Protects your hair from pillow friction by leaving a protective coat around each hair strand and prevent misaligned cuticles when hair rubs against the pillowcase. It intensively repairs and moisturises the hair in the wee hours of the night. Coupled with cuticle coat protection ingredients, its rich yet non-greasy milk formula weightlessly leaves your hair smooth and manageable the next morning.

Use on towel-dried or damp hair, or before blow-drying
Can also be used on dry hair
Pump an appropriate amount onto palm.

For better results, ensure that hair is completely dry before going to bed.

The Essential night care milk is milk based, so this is very nourishing for my hair. It forms a protective layer on my hair when applied. Look at the difference when I applied the night care milk and when I did not. Its quite obvious that I can never head out with the "before hair". The after photo on the other hand, shows my tamed hair with less "flying around" action. I love this!
