Fancy seeing yourself as the next Tiger Woods? Always wanted to travel around Singapore and learn about the places of interest we have here? What if I were to tell you now that you can have the best of both worlds, yet you do not need to know how to play it?
I was invited to a game of golf at LIlliPutt located in East Coast Park one sunny afternoon. Where I was ready to take flight from Changi Airport to The Singapore Discovery Centre, Esplanade, the Jurong Birdpark and all the way to Haw Par Villa, Padang and places like Mount Faber and Sentosa and more! Come discover for yourself.

Do not mistaken me that the golf course is located outdoors, despite me in my sporty outfit and sun glasses, the golf course is indoors. The best thing is that it doesn't matter if you are a professional golfer, a child or an adult, all are welcome to play.
Go through the safety rules before you play!
They have made obvious markings to starting points, so you know where to place your golf ball and get ready to putt.
An information station board that provides you with details about the place which you are golfing on. For example station 1 is Changi Airport, which host terminal 3, it has the biggest floor area.
You are not required to have any golf experience, it is recommended for your child to be 5 years old and above to enjoy this game. Adult supervision is advised if your child is below 5.
You may play against somebody or a group made up of not more than 5 persons. Players are to tee off at Hole 1 or any hole that are available. (Just make sure you complete all 18 holes or simply give a time limit for all to stop and calculate the lowest average points).
Watch out for special effects of popping monkeys, moving vehicles, interesting features and music along your 18 course. It promises you fun, information and excitement.
Each player is provided with a golf ball and putter. Each team is provided with a scoring card. You are given 8 tries per hole to get your golf ball in the hole, the 9th try means that you have failed the station. Each round of golf takes about 60 to 90 minutes to complete, this is dependent on the number of players in the course. The course can accommodate up to 80 players at a time.
This is the score card provided by the LilliPutt for recording of your game scores.
Hole 18, the last hole has a special feature which you get to win a mystery prize if you get the golf ball in the centre box! My husband was so lucky to get it in, that's why it is being lighted up.
