1. Recommended to use once a day after shower or day and night as required.
(I personally used it 1x per day because i tend to forget to apply in in the day time)
2. Squeeze about a strawberry size (a small dollop will do) of 2B Alternative Skirt Ready on to your palm.
3. Apply from ankles to hip and massage until fully absorbed. (There is no need to wash off the product)

The 2B Alternative Skirt Ready cream had a greenish colour which was quite uncommon for a slimming product. Those that I have tried are either white or foamy in texture, but this product had a light, watery consistency. Be careful when applying it as it may flow down your leg. Despite its consistency, I like that it is very light-weighted. It also doesn't give me any sticky residue or feel after application unlike other slimming products. Its consistency lies somewhere between a lotion and a cream.

Scent: ★★★★★

I like that it is doesn't give off any unpleasant or herbal scent which most people dislike. There is also no sweet fragrance or artificial scent. You won't really smell anything after application.

Packaging: ★★★★☆

Packaged in a tube, it makes it easy to dispense the product with a gentle squeeze. You have to be a little careful, because of the watery texture of the cream. You may squeeze too much of it in a press.

Difference of 1cm!!! This is quite good considered I did nothing unusual. I only follow my usual work/study routine. Extreme exercising will cause muscle hyperplasia, so it is not advisable to do it just to achieve slimmer legs. You are advised to reduce your salt intake instead. Avoid heavily marinated food and electrolyte beverage as they are the cause of swollen legs.

Overall there are no adverse results experienced. I like that it has a pleasant scent to it and I love its non-sticky texture and after feel. Its slightly watery consistency allows easy absorption into my skin and makes application rather easy as there is nothing to wipe off. This product is also unlike other creams which may have a slightly heated effect and must be used cautiously. You can apply it and not worry about touching other areas of your skin afterwards. I am not a fan of slimming products, but I really love this because of the amazing effects! It really works for me. I am still continuing to use this products and seeing if I can further slim down my legs.

Skin Caring Tips:

*If you have broken skin . Avoid application on these areas when using the product. While this product is suitable to be used on people with sensitive skin and had passed an international patch test for all skin types, do seek professional advice from a doctor before use if you are under medication or have extremely sensitive skin. 

*Pregnant ladies are not advised to use slimming products too! Although this is only for the legs as your babies require more nutrition.


*As with all new products, conduct a patch test by applying a small amount of this product on your less sensitive skin areas and stop using if you encounter adverse results. I applied a small amount of these cream on my hand and waited for half a day. Do seek help from a doctor if you do encounter rashes or itch after using the product.
