It had been raining cat and dogs today. On rainy days, it is easy to get to bed. But due to some weird pain in my leg, I would usually feel so uncomfortable. Thanks to my hubby who would sometimes give me a good foot massage before I could really sleep like a baby.

This gingerly goodness is supposed to keep our feet warm and cozy with the following:

1) Ginger and Cardamon oil - Improve blood circulation
2) Macadamia Oil, Honey Essence and Vitamin E - To nourish and protect our skin.

This product is great for people with diabetics and suffer from bad circulation in their feet, especially the elderlies at home and those who stand for long hours.

If I had it earlier, I would had taken it to Sydney with me as it was quite cooling there and the flight was 8 hours long, hence I was suffering from bad leg cramps! Cheers to budget carriers but boo boo to small leg room.

I support all things natural and nothing beats having a good foot massage with this
warming foot balm before heading to bed. The warming effect last surprisingly long (maybe also due to me having my socks on). It keeps me cosy and happy.

The smell of ginger is also pleasant and not too strong. The warming balm is not too oily but the warming sensation will last you for quite awhile. Its really great for rainy seasons like this.

I believe in all things natural. I believe in Kneipp! Therefore, i am dying to try this out myself after hearing all the rar rar and of course i want to share with all you lovely fans of mine out there! Like the Sunflower? It jumped out of the box! I really love this photo myself ;O

It is important to care for your foot especially when you need to walk long hours, stand long hours and travel long distances. Do not neglect it just because no one can see it. The health of your foot can surprisingly tell you lots of things, like how healthy you are and how well you eat,which organs are not functioning?

My hubby said he smelled lemongrass... ;x when i was trying on this product. I corrected him! Its rosemary! Really lovely smell, refreshing yeah! Kneipp Healthy Feet Foot Repair is a rich moisturizing butter containing potent and effective natural herbs to help heal and prevent very dry, cracked and callused skin. This valuable combination of soothing calendula extract, Shea butter (yes my favorite ingredient!) and 10% moisture retaining urea, deeply moisturizes, softens and helps to recondition the skin. In addition, rosemary essential oil revitalizes tired and burning feet, while panthenol and vitamin E promote healthy skin.

This is how you apply it. Thin layer in circular motions. It'll be even better if you could wear socks after you have applied them and go to bed with it. Try to apply it just before you sleep else you will find it hard to walk around with your umber smooth foot.

The cost for this is $34.90. Well if it cures all your cracked heels and callused foot. Why not? You can even share it with your family members! Its a great skin care product. It does made me feel relaxed after having a good foot rub before going to bed. Feels great! :D

My foot is moisturised immediately after usage, it absorbed quickly due to the heat induced when rubbing in the cream. You can rub your fingers a little before applying. It will be better! It was still moisturized the next morning! I can't believe it either, but its true!

So gotta be careful when you walk.

It really looks like butter doesn't it. But it is not as oily as you think. It goes off after awhile. Remember! A little goes a long way. Too much of everything is not good. I also particularly like the idea that they have the aluminum foil seal up the product when you open it. Keeps the product "fresh" and hygienic.
