So, some of you may had read my ranting post on my skin breakdown after using a particular mask and yes, it was devastating as it took me slightly more than a week to recover (during the midst of preparing for an important competition), so now I am VERY VERY careful about what I put on my face.
Recently, I have received some products from Gobdigoun (Korean Skincare Brand) for my review, so let's take a look at what I've gotten over here. They are very very generous with their products and they were very prompt in sending them over too. I can't express how thankful I am for this opportunity, especially after my last face ordeal. They came just in time to replenish my skin care products too!
I love how luxurious the products looked and the effort that they put into their packaging. Gold is my kind of colour.

If you look closely at the product, you can see some gold flakes on them.
I also like it that they have included a small spatula so that I can scoop out the products without dipping my finger and risking contamination on the whole jar of product.
I do love products with shea butter in them and always find them in my hand cream. This is however one of the rare times that I find it in my face cream. Fret not about the placenta as they did not produce any weird smell on the products, in fact all the products featured smells so pleasant and floral.

The Gobdigoun 24K Golden Cream Placenta Power feels very rich, luxurious and a little oily when applied on my skin. The cream is very moisturizing and you can even see an oily sheen on my face after immediate application. I am able to accept the texture only because my skin had been very dry recently, however I have kept the application of the cream to night time only and had used only a spatula full for the whole face, applying more on my eczema areas.

Not very prominent which is what I like in all my skincare products.
Results: ★★★★☆
It did not make my skin breakout and it made my skin feel more moisturized at the end of a 6 days trial. I will continue to use this product.

Overall I like this product but will only recommend them to people with dry skin conditions as the cream feels very rich and is a little oily. Can be used as a skin booster on top of your daily facial moisturizer, or on its own.

The eye cream is packaged like a syringe for the ease of application. With so many precious ingredients in this eye cream, it is no wonder it smelled so good.
There is a gentle cooling sensation as i applied this product and it is only then I realized the product contained peppermint in it.

The Gobdigoun Aging Corrector Eye Cream feels light weight and is easily absorbed by my skin. I have also kept application at night time only and I apply it after the face moisturizer. During application, i pressed my upper and lower eye lids using my fingers to give them a good massage.
Scent: ★★★★☆
It has a minty scent which is very pleasant.
Results: ★★★★★
I felt that it did helped lighten my dark eye circle and my eyes somehow felt more relaxed during bedtime when I applied it. At the end of the 6 days trial, my dark eye circle felt less prominent. There were also no adverse skin results observed at my eye lids.

I really like the effects of this eye cream and will surely continue using them.
The next 2 products, are their newly launched Goat Milk Line Products namely the Skin Milk Conditioner and Skin Milk Lotion. Both products are made from New Zealand's Goat Milk and processed in Korea. As the goat's milk have PH which are close to the human skin, they can be absorbed easily.
Apply the (1) Aging Corrector Skin Milk Conditioner (similar to a facial toner) before applying the (2) Aging Corrector Skin Milk Lotion (similar to a moisturizer).

It is recommended that you apply the product by layering the conditioners "X" number of times according to your skin type to achieve the desired glowing and skin firming effects.
Oily Skin: 2 times
Normal Skin: 4 times
Dry Skin Type: 7 times
After cleansing my face, this is the first thing i applied. Think of it as a toner, a skin preparation step to condition your face, to allow other products to be absorbed by your skin. Even if you have oily skin, it is recommended that you use a skin toner/conditioner.

The Aging Correction Skin Milk Facial Conditioner is clear, slightly sticky in consistency and is absorbed quickly by my skin. You can apply it on a cotton wool and gently swiping it across your face, i prefer to pat it into my skin using my palms.

The conditioner has a pleasant floral scent
Results: ★★★★☆
I like how the facial conditioner works on my skin as it is absorbed quickly, though a little sticky, i feel that during my trial, it did worked for my skin.

Recommended for all skin types, especially those with dry skin should try this. I love the scent of the product and will consider repurchase after finishing my skincare.
Aging Correction Skin Milk Facial Skin Milk Lotion

It comes in a handy press bottle and you can easily dispense your facial lotion.

The Aging Correction Skin Milk Facial Lotion is white and feels a little oily. I use about 3 pumps for my face and apply this before other creams. In the day, i apply this before my sunscreen and make-up.
Scent: ★★★☆☆
The conditioner has a distinct herbal scent.
Results: ★★★★☆
If your skin is not the dry type and does not need additional moisturizers, apply this alone is sufficient, you would not need to apply any additional serums or boosters as the product itself is moisturizing enough.
Rating: ★★★★☆
Recommended for all skin types and to be applied after the facial conditioner. I will consider repurchase after finishing my skincare.
How I incorporate all 4 products into my skincare regime:
Step 1: After cleansing, I applied the (1) Aging Corrector Skin Milk Conditioner (similar to a facial toner) before applying the (2) Aging Corrector Skin Milk Lotion (similar to a moisturizer).
Step 2: Apply the Gobdigoun 24K Golden Cream Placenta Power (only at night)
Step 3: Apply the Gobdigoun Aging Corrector Eye Cream (only at night).
*Please note that all the above products are tested in the same routine during my 6 days trial period. They did not give me any adverse reactions, caused any skin sensitivity or outbreak. They did improved my skin condition slightly. Having said that, you should still do your own patch test when trying out on new products as what may be suitable for my skin, may not be suitable for you.
