Product Review: Que Origin Coffee Shower and bath Gel + Jelly Q Coffee Body Polish

Que Origin never fail me with their creativity and blending when it comes to their new products. This time, they impressed me with the coffee aroma filled products. Not only is it available via their hot selling shower and bath gels. They have neatly introduced the coffee flavour into their latest product, the Jelli-Q, which is a gently body polish. This Jelli is also commonly called a skin exfoliator, which we used to remove dead skin cells from our body.

1. Nourish and Moisturise

This product contains Rose Geranim Essential Oil (Australia), Argan Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Coffee Grounds, Rice Grains, Panthenol (Vitamin B5), Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E). It has a pH of 5.5 not too alkaline which causes a dry skin making it prone to eczema. The product is not tested on animals nor a by-product.

When opening your bottle of Jelly-Q Coffee Body Polish for the first time. Do remove he layer of jelly by pulling the jelly and using the spatula to flip it up. This jelly has no other purpose but act as a protection film to preserve the product intact for shipping.

For your everyday use, make use of the spatula included and scoop out only your desired amount. Do not scoop directly with your hands to prevent contamination. Do wash the spatula after using. Keep the product away from areas with direct sunlight, hot areas and do not touch the product directly when your hands are wet or place in wet areas.

I like the coffee scent of the body polish and the idea of having a coarse and fine 2-in-1 exfoliator in a tub. Que Origin is clever in sealing the exfoliator with a jelly and it works well as there were no spillage during transportation. The coarse exfoliator feels rough when scrubbed on tougher areas and the super fine exfoliator feels much smoother during application in comparison. My skin feels very clean and smooth after the exfoliation.

Coffee has the effect of minimizing cellulite, and is commonly used as an exfoliator. It brightens your skin.

Dispense a small amount of the shower and bath gel and mix with water. Lather and apply it to our body. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with towel. Dispense this product into running water to enjoy a bubble bath.

The coffee scent lingers although it is not very strong. My skin feels refreshed and energized after a good shower. I love all of Que Origin's shower and bath gel!

Product Review: Que Origin Huaty and Chocolate Delight

Que Origin launches 2 brand new flavors for the upcoming Chinese New Year and Valentine's Day! Gone were the days when we greet with mandarin oranges (just joking!) or gift a box of chocolate to our loved ones. They are now infused in Que Origin's bottle of goodness to accompany you when you take your bath or shower. Now we know where those oranges have gone to. Come, meet "Huaty" The Prosperity Monkey Lunar New Year Edition and Chocolate Delight the special Valentine edition.

Essential oil from Que Origin comes from Australia and is formulated in Korea.

I believe by now you already know that Que Origin Embraces the Earth's essence and adores the goodness of their creation. If you are scratching your head and feeling lost. Read my previous Que Origin post about 3 of their signature flavors.

The bottle of "Huaty" is made from sweet orange essential oil and mild rose geranium (The rose geranium was my favorite from the 3 signature flavors). Just in time to celebrate the Lunar New Year this year. Shower, be fresh and alert and go visiting smelling all nice and yummy! Or.. go for a relaxing bath soak (if you have a tub at home) to calm your mind and have a good rest.

The main scent of this shower and bath gel comes from the natural rose geranium essential oil, while it also contains other ingredients such as the argan oil, aloe vera leaf extract, raspberry fruit and grapefruit extract, Panthenol vitamin B5, and Tocophery vitamin E.

No doubt this bottle of huaty goodness has some orange essential oil scent and feels so good when foamed up and lathered all over my body. I wish however that the scent could be stronger and more lasting. Perhaps other types of essential oils like lemon or mint could be used instead of the usual raspberry and grapefruit which is by now already like the base notes in all of their shower gel.

For those of you who are still scratching your heads over what to get for Valentine's Day, guys you may forget about getting all those expensive roses. For ladies, you can share this with your partner and smell great in the shower together. Chocolate can elevate one's mood and lift your spirits, so why not?

In this bottle of goodness, you will smell chocolate, creamy vanilla and lastly the sweet rose geranium(*jumps in joy*) will sooth and calm your mind. No artificial fragrance and harmful chemicals so they are safe for those with sensitive skin. Like "Huaty", it contains the argan oil, aloe vera leaf extract, raspberry fruit and grapefruit extract, Panthenol vitamin B5, and Tocophery vitamin E.

Thankfully the chocolate smell does not stay on my skin or else I'll be sleeping with ants tonight. Though, I like how the chocolate notes comes first to instantly elevate my mood followed with the creamy texture of vanila for a good wash off. I can so imagine myself soaking in a tub of chocolate bubble bath the next time I go for my vacation. I'll surely bring this along.

Chocolate Delight feels more like a Sundae's texture while Huaty is similar to the other 3 signature shower gels being more liquid. I unleashed my creativity while swatching and mixed these 2 shower gel together and the result was quite amazing with a citrus chocolate scent and it feels amazing. (I call this the Huaty Valentine's Edition.)

The scent lingered on my hands for quite sometime so I was rather pleased with my mini experiment. Perhaps you can get your own variants and do a mix-and-match to get your own unique shower gel too!

Product Review: Que Origin

Products with beautiful packaging never fail to capture my heart. It deeply reflects how a company sees themselves and how much they value their customers.

Therefore, I was very pleased when I receive this beautiful box of products from Que Origin. I am surprised that even the gift box that came with the products was nicely designed because usually the retailers will not bother too much about it.

You can get the gift box for an additional $2 if you choose to customize your bottles, but if you choose to have 2 or 3 bottles, they will waive the fee for you. One box can only carry the maximum of 3 bottles.

Recently, many people have started to realize the importance of going organic and going natural. We have also learned about the benefits of using essential oils in our daily lives. So, why not incorporate these great products into your daily life?

Que Origin is one such company that choose to embrace nature, making bath products derived from natural ingredients such as Aloe Vera, Argan Oil, potent botanical extracts and an infusion of natural essential oils originated from Australia.

Each bottle serves as a shower gel cum bubble bath with similar main ingredients in them. You can read in details on how each main ingredient can help you. All bottle caps are sealed with a sticker externally to prevent leakage.

I feel very honored to be able to try out 3 of their shower gel cum bubble bath, with one especially customized with my name initial "P", which is based on my logo design and blog address. I love the customization and thoughts that went into it personalizing it.

They even personalized a card for me, how sweet.

All 250ml bottle comes with a tick-tack cap, while the 730ml bottle comes with a pump.

This relaxing shower gel doubles as bubble bath is infused with calming and soothing qualities of natural Lavender essential oil. Enriched with skin soothing aloe vera, moisturizing, argan oil and other skin loving natural botanical extracts,this shower gel will gently cleanse, nourishes and hydrates your body.

Usage Directions:
Apply on wet body and make lather. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with towel. You can also dispense your desired amount with running water in a bathtub to enjoy a relaxing bubble bath.

*My advise for you is to lather the shower gel with water instead of applying on your wet body as the shower gel does feels a little oily with all the oil it contains. You will need to use a larger amount if you were to apply it to your wet body and it can be difficult to smooth it around. Another way is to apply the shower gel with the help of a wet bath sponge.

I am never a fan of the lavender flavor despite learning how much benefits this ingredient gives, such as making me more relaxed, improving my sleep quality, reliefs stress and anxiety etc. But I find this shower gel's scent acceptable because there were other ingredients such as my favorite grapefruit and raspberry, which makes the overall shower experience a pleasant one. This works out to be my least favorite shower gel amongst the three shower gel.

The Rose Geranium shower gel is harmonizing and infused with natural Rose Geranium essential oil. Enriched with skin soothing aloe vera, moisturizing argan oil and other skin loving natural botanical extracts, this shower gel will gently cleanse, nourishes and hydrates your body.

The Rose Geranium shower gel is on the other hand, the most acceptable and universal
ingredient, as many natural make-up and beauty products are made of rose. I am also a fan of roses be it real, or infused in my beauty products. If you are in doubt, my advise is to get the Rose Geranium shower gel. This is my favorite amongst the three shower gel.

The refreshing and energizing Lemongrass shower gel is infused with natural Lemongrass essential oil. Enriched with skin soothing aloe vera, moisturizing argan oil and other skin loving natural botanical extracts, this shower gel will gently cleanse, nourishes and hydrates your body.

The Lemongrass shower gel, my second favorite of the three shower gel, smells nice and pleasant but I do know of some friends who cannot accept the lemongrass smell. I am personally quite a fan of this ingredient as I enjoy taking a refreshing cup of lemongrass tea whenever I am feel that I need to relax and calm myself. It somehow clears my mind and improves my concentration levels.

The Lemongrass shower gel contains an additional Orange Peel Oil which is a clever touch as I could smell it in the shower gel. This helps to reduce the scent of the strong lemongrass scent for those who are not a fan of it.

I look forward to Que Origin, coming out with more flavors and scents. I can already think of some such as the lemon shower gel, orange shower gel and many other mint and fruity flavors.
