Therefore, the owner sells quality everyday herbs, herbal tea packages, herbal soup packages and floral teas at very affordable prices. They are conveniently packaged, so that you don't have to measure the amount or go into the trouble of repackaging them when you need to use them. These makes good gifts for your family and friends too, you should seriously consider them.

Therefore, these herbs are not uncommon and in fact, most of them, can already be found in my refrigerator and used in our daily meal preparation.
A Healthier You SG carries an array of every day herbs such as these dried black currants which contains 4 times the amount of Vitamin C as oranges, and double the antioxidants as blue berries. These are also good for eyes and if I may suggest, your should put this near you so and snack on them as often as you wish. These makes good toppers for your breakfast cereals and yoghurts as well if you don't prefer to eat them as it is.
Their hardy, good qualitied re-sealable packaging, makes them so easy for you to open and reseal back as and when you like, bring it outdoors for your snacking pleasure and the best thing of it all, you don't have to finish them all at once. It cost only $4.50 for this 280g, big pack of blackcurrants, for all that benefits, I think you should "add to cart" now! My mum & I been snacking on these daily and they taste so good.

This is the first them I've seen them, and I have never tried them before. These herbs are comparable to bird's nest at a fraction of its price! I believe they make good skin health nourishing desserts for building the body's immunity, and can be mixed together with dried Longans, red dates and goji berries for a great tasting dessert.

Remember to soak them for at least 2 hours, and use only a small handful of them as they expand up to a few times of their size.

This is the end result after cooking them for about 30 minutes with cane rock sugar and the longan, red dates and goji berries tea packet which we drunk earlier on before cooking the dessert. Nothing gets wasted from the pack! Of course, you can add fresh ingredients, or use totally fresh new ingredients on your dessert if like. For convenience sake and because we didn't want to waste them, we did it our way!
I personally recommend you to chop the red dates into smaller pieces and remove it's seed, before you steep them using hot boiling water for 12-15 minutes before you drink it because it gives you a better flavor and you can eat up all the ingredients after that. 1 packet is good for one cup on its own or you can make it into a pot to share with your family just like what I did.
I can almost smell the roses looking at these photos. Recently tried them and they resembles "bundung", the famous rose syrup drink. Only this was lighter, natural and a healthier choice. With such high quality floral teas which they had sent me, I am starting to wonder how the others tasted. I should had gotten more of their floral teas, but again, I can be picky and selective when it comes to the quality and taste of my floral teas!
Last but not least, don't miss out on their Herbal Soup Packages. The Ginseng Chicken Soup $9.50/90g contains ginseng, codonopsis, goji berries, Chinese yam, poria, and astragalus. You don't have to worry about how much to put in or having to weigh or gather the right herbs for a perfect bowl of Ginseng Chicken Soup now. All you're left to do is gather the chicken, cook it and you're ready to drink it!
Our black chicken ginseng soup is ready! We loved the herbs as they added fragrance to it. Mum also added some honey date as enhance the sweetness of the soup.
Look at the generous serving of ingredients! We enjoyed the soup very much as it was very flavorful.
What is there not to love about A Healthier You SG? In sum, I loved everything from their friendly and resalable packaging, to the quality of the herbs, to their pocket friendly prices and most importantly, all these makes you, a healthier you. Thank you for sending all these over, I appreciate them alot. However, if there's anything I need to nitpick, I would love to see some storage instructions as well as packed on & expiry dates on these items so that I know how long more, I can keep them for.

It was sweet and the texture of the gum tragcanth was so good! It really resembled bird nest, I liked it! While the peach gum had a consistency that was closer to that of the Hashima, I personally feel. It had a more jelly like texture.

If you are wondering, all these can be taken as it is as a snack or even put into soups or made into desserts. Yes they are edible on their own too.
