Althea Turns 2 birthday celebration!

First of all, I would like to wish Althea a happy 2nd birthday. Thanks for always remembering us and pampering us with beauty goodies to keep us looking beautiful. Most importantly, the products are priced affordably, delivered in good condition, bubble wrapped and delivery is super fast and comes straight from Korea. What more can a beauty and skincare junkie like me ask for?

These are what I've purchased using $50SGD. Most of the items are beauty items and two of them are skincare products. Althea KR has the most affordably priced items and their shipping is always fast. I was very surprised to receive my haul in 2-3 working days despite the holiday season.
Etude House Real Powder Cushion SPF50+/PA+++ ($21)
I love the cushion compacts from Etude house and by now owned quite a few different types of them. I always repurchase these products and stock them up, because they are like my daily staples, and provides me with a good make-up base. Besides that, most of the cushion compacts comes with a high SPF factor which helps keep the UV rays away. So I can just put them on, along with my favourite lip colour and I am all set to go.
Etude House Colour My Brows ($6)
I've been reading raving reviews on this product so I was very excited to be finally trying it out on my brows. I've always worried about the brow colour turning out too light. This colour was just right for me, it was very lasting and quick drying. Despite me perspiring when I was outdoors, it stayed where it is supposed to be, even when i sometimes forgot and wiped my perspiration off, the colour stayed on well on my eye brows.
Etude House Fix and Fix Primer Tone-UP ($15)
My initial thought was to get the primer in various colours to try on, but remembered reading that the mint primer would help to soothe redness on my skin, hence I have chosen the mint primer. I use it more as a concealer to conceal my eczema spots on my forehead as well as some pimply areas of my skin and the side of nose. This worked well to tone down the redness, softening the spot and making it easier to apply my cushion but failed to blend away the spot.
The Face Shop Rice Water Bright, Foaming Cleanser ($7)
You've read so much about the benefits of washing your face with rice water right? This cleanser foams up easily and remove all the dirt without ripping my skin's moisture. Like what they have said, you'll be hooked after using this. For just $7 a tube, i think its money very well spend, plus the husband gets to share this with me.
Lebaton Aloe Soothing Essence Mask ($1)
Do you know what to do when you wish to round up your purchases? Grab some mask. They are usually $1-$2 a piece in Althea and you get to pick from plenty of them. I've chosen the Aloe Vera mask that helps sooth my skin in this super hot weather.
