Product Review: 5 Degree Up Slimming

I totally believe that slimming down through cutting down on the food we eat is a tedious process. This is especially true if you are a food and lifestyle blogger. How do we resist food when we have to go for a food tasting session, or attend a lifestyle event when beautiful canapes and snacks are put in front of us? Moreover, we are celebrating the Lunar Chinese New Year and Valentine's Day. What is a better way to celebrate these occasions other than eating?
Hang on there, because you might just find a solution. There is no need for tedious exercises, no need for dieting or following strict diets and no need to swallow pills.
I received this set of 5 Degree Up Slimming products about a month ago and have since then, be on my journey to become a slimmer person with less flabby arms and thighs.
5 Degree Up makes use of the Japan thermal slimming technology by inducing heat to move in our bodies to enhance the burning of fats. With this, the products are easily absorbed and penetrates into our body fats. This has a firming effect and at the same time it moisturizes, smooths and controls the fat cells formation. The process also reduce water retention and removes excess muscle mass. Bid good bye to flabby arms and tummy with 5 Degree Up products.
There are basically 2 different products that makes up the 5 degree Up Slimming process.

They are the 5 Degree Up Upper Slim Thermal Bubble (In the Red canister) and the 5 Degree Up Slim Thermal Gel (In the orange tube).
5 Degree Up Upper Slim Thermal Bubble is formulated for arms and tummy slimming (upper part of body)
The heat slimming technology helps heating your arms and tummy, reducing fats around those area. The heat continues working for up to 24 hours after the "hot sensation" fades off slowly after about 30 minutes. The high-energy heat from the explosion bubble penetrates deep into your fat layers and disintegrates them within 3 seconds as it touches your skin. It burns the stubborn fat and changes the body temperature instantly thus reducing the fats. Its as if you have just done Hot Yoga!
Key Ingredients:
1. Phytosonic - Speeds up burning process and eliminates fat
2. Adipoless - Hinders formation of fats

Directions:
-Shake the bottle for a few times before spraying.
-Spray the size of a ping pong ball onto the palm of your hand.
-Massage it onto you desired areas in circular motion for 1-2 minutes until fully absorbed.

It is kind of fun, hearing the crackling sound as if I am eating the "pop candy" when I first dispensed the bubble onto my hands. It smells fruity and sweet and the scent lingers on my hands after I applied the bubble on my arms and tummy. You will slowly see the bubble fading away as it releases the heat from it. As I rub the product on my arms and tummy, I can feel the heating sensation building up. This last for quite sometime, before I finally fell asleep.

The product was snapped up within a day after its launch, breaking the daily sales record of 2,999 box. Amazing!
The heat technology behind this products works in a similar way as the 5 degree upper arm slimming bubble, to break down fats at your thighs, hips and calf.
Directions:
1. Squeeze the gel out of the bottle, the size of a 1-dollar coin, on to the palm of hand.
2. Massage it on to desired area(s) in circular motion for 1-2 minutes until it is fully absorbed.
3. Apply it once a day after shower
* You do not need to rinse the cream off after usage, adjust the dosage of the cream accordingly if you cannot take the high heat level
Caution: Keep products out of reach of children. If rash or irritation occurs, please discontinue using and consult a doctor. The product contains concentrated thermal ingredient, delivering strong heat, making it unsuitable for women who are pregnant or have high blood pressure.
Unlike the slimming bubble, this product is cream based and it contains orange micro beads. Instead of using both products after shower, I usually use it before bedtime because that is when I am in the most comfortable position and where I can relax in my air-conditioned room, just in case the heat gets too strong and unbearable. I do also feel a little itchy after application, which I later found out it is normal as the product is working within the skin to break the fats. Interesting to note, the heat is internal so when you feel your skin surface, it does not feel hot at all.
A word of caution, you should totally finish all your chores and wash your face before you apply the product as it can get really hot if you accidentally touch your eyes or face. This happened to me a few times. I would also recommend you to wash your hands after applying the product although you don't have to wash off the product on the areas where you had applied them.
Its unfortunate that both products did not manage to burn a lot of fats for me, (i measured only a difference of 1-2cm slimmer on my arms, hip and thighs), while I do understand it as it is not a miracle cream hence it will take some time for them to work. It will be better if I incorporate regular exercise into my daily routine.
