Help! I can't seem to sleep properly. Perhaps you have been too stressed at work and you can't seem to get the heavy load off your chest. Do you know that there are tea meant for relaxation? The relaxation series tea made from Lavender and Chamomile is meant to solve this issue. To put your mind at ease as you sip this flower tea. The lavender taste is stronger as compared to the Chamomile. Drink this tea to relax yourself and have a good night rest.



I opened up the sachet and to have a look at its contents. The flowers smelled fragrant even before they were infused with water.



I do not recommend you to have the sachet opened up for this tea because the contents are quite light and the flowers are quite dense and fine together, hence the water takes quite a long time to seep through the tea strainer.



Chamomile has a unique taste when by itself and I usually like to add sugar or honey to my tea. This relaxation series however tasted pleasant. I was able to drink it by itself. It was rather fragrant and light with a yellowish colour.
